Responsibilities :

  • The Finance / Accounting Specialist Level III shall be an expert in the field.
  • Prepares plans and long-range objectives leading to the preparation of various accounting papers, schedules, exhibits, and summaries.
  • Examines are assigned accounting documents to verify accuracy of computations and uniform application of policies, procedures, and acceptable accounting standards.
  • Analyzes cost submissions, or filings, in assigned cases and identifies and proposes solutions to all accounting / cost issues affecting the assigned antidumping duty case.
  • Prepares complete, fully developed Office of Accounting (OA) sections for memoranda, briefing papers, Issue and Decision Memoranda (preliminary and final), OA contributions to court filings, etc.
  • Prepares complete, accurate, and well documented cost calculation adjustments for the preliminary and final determinations for assigned cases.
  • Works under general supervision.

Required qualifications / skills :

  • The minimum education requirement is a Bachelor’s Degree in degree.
  • At least eight years of related experience.
