Career & Leadership Program Manager
As the Career & Leadership Program Manager, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the learning and development strategy for leaders at FORUM Credit Union. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging learning experiences across various formats, including virtual and in-person training, online discussions, and coaching. This role will ensure that development initiatives align with the organization's business goals, helping to cultivate a skilled and forward-thinking workforce.
This role is primarily in office at our Fishers, IN headquarters, with option to work remotely on Fridays.
Responsibilities
What you'll do :
- Design, facilitate, and manage career and leadership development programs that are aligned with business strategy and leadership needs.
- Create engaging and relevant learning experiences for leaders at all levels.
- Serve as an internal consultant to leaders, providing personalized development strategies to enhance leadership effectiveness and team success.
- Assist leaders and teammates with designing and managing strategic development plans including the ongoing support of talent reviews and succession planning.
- Collaborate on the bi-annual performance management process with People & Culture teammates.
- Monitor emerging leadership trends and best practices to ensure overall effectiveness.
- Assess the effectiveness of leader development programs through evaluations, feedback, and data analysis, periodically sharing insights with FORUM's Executive team and Board of Directors.

What we are looking for :
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.Proven experience in leadership development role with a minimum of 3 years experience.Previous leadership / management experience preferred.Predictive Index experience / analyst preferred but not required.Employee Perks :
