Job Description
Key Responsibilities of a Senior Superintendent : Leads all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to spec. Oversees scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control. Enforces safety standards and compliance with codes and regulations. Manages site logistics, material flow, and daily reporting. Resolves field issues, drives productivity, and maintains strong communication with project managers and stakeholders. Mentors field staff and fosters a collaborative, high-performance jobsite culture.
