Job Description

As a Data Analyst, you will join our Customer Success team and lead the delivery of data-driven solutions for game studios. In this role, you will own the onboarding journey, serve as a trusted analytics advisor, and help build a data-first culture within our customers' organizations.

Responsibilities :

• Lead customer-facing presentations and technical onboarding sessions, covering SDK integration, event instrumentation, and dashboard configuration.
• Serve as a strategic advisor, translating business objectives into actionable data collection and analysis strategies.
• Curate and present analytics best practices tailored to game genres, lifecycle stages, and monetization models.
• Build and deliver dashboards and reports on key KPIs (retention, LTV, conversion), enabling data-driven decisions across customer teams.
