We are searching for the best talent for a Sr. Administrative Assistant to support our Global Investigations & Government Litigation team in New Brunswick, NJ.
The foundation of the Senior Administrative Assistant role is to administratively support Johnson & Johnson's Global Investigations & Government Litigation Group. We are looking for someone who is passionate, energetic, and agile and who acts professionally while demonstrating a clear communication style. The selected candidate will anticipate the needs of the team they support, help them stay focused, resolve issues before they arise, and go the extra mile as needed. A successful person in this position will also partner with other leaders and their administration staff within the Global Legal Organization on various projects. This person must have solid organization skills, be able to work successfully in a matrixed environment, and handle various duties with appropriate prioritization and an ability to problem solve and learn new skills effectively.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $52,500 - $82,000
Additional Description for Pay Transparency : This position is eligible for overtime. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and / or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs : medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
