What You'll Do :

Manage software integration and testing stages of system lifecycle

Research industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation

Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Operations, Quality, and Regulatory teams

Work with business leaders to align solutions with customer needs and priorities

Analyze technical challenges and present multiple solution options for decision-making

What We're Looking For :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, or related field with 4+ years experience (Master’s / PhD with less experience also considered)

Strong systems engineering knowledge : requirements engineering, risk management, configuration, and validation

Experience in regulated environments, familiar with FDA, ISO, and diagnostic product standards

Strategic mindset with passion for innovation in In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD)

Expertise in software reliability, manufacturability, and usability
