At Outpatient Physical Therapy, we are dedicated to helping patients feel supported, encouraged, and cared for while they work toward their health goals. We do this by providing outstanding service, building strong relationships, and fostering a collaborative clinical environment. We are currently looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our newest location in Lakeland Hills. This is a part-time or full-time position, and compensation can be structured as hourly or per patient depending on your preference.

We are seeking someone who is compassionate, dependable, and motivated to make a difference in the lives of others. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working alongside physical therapists and other members of a treatment team to help patients reduce pain, regain function, and achieve their health goals. This role focuses on treatment massage, rather than spa or relaxation massage, and you will be working with patients as part of their rehabilitative care plan.

In this position, you will provide one-hour massage treatments based on each patient's unique needs. You will work directly with the onsite physical therapist to ensure that your treatment sessions align with the patient's overall plan of care. Accurate and timely documentation of each session is expected, along with a professional and respectful approach to patient interaction. You must be able to work independently while upholding the standards of a busy clinical setting.

A current Washington State massage therapy license and completion of an accredited massage therapy program are required. Insurance credentialing is preferred, though not required. New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply. This position is available immediately.
