Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Shift Supervisor to join our team! In this role you will get to lead a team of shift operators.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Be a permanent staff employee and serve as the primary point of contact shift operators
• Displaying knowledge and skills to utilize ITS software, web-based and software applications, as well as utility programs to manage and monitor ITS field devices
• Leading teams and making sound decisions in a high-paced environment
• Delegating tasks amongst shift workers
• Conducting incident audits
• Leading in coordination efforts with partner agencies
• Preparing KPI reports and other report deliverables
• Acting as the point of contact for other operational stakeholders
