Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ERP Technical Lead Specialist Engineer with extensive hands-on expertise in enterprise resource planning system implementation, customization, integration, and support. The ideal candidate will lead technical development teams, collaborate closely with functional and business stakeholders, and drive end-to-end technical delivery across ERP modules and enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical architecture, customization, enhancements, and integrations across ERP platforms.

Manage and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and performance expectations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, functional consultants, and infrastructure teams to support requirements, design solutions, and execute implementation plans.

Oversee full lifecycle development activities including design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and production support.

Develop and maintain integrations between ERP and enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while ensuring stability, security, and scalability of ERP environments.

Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and system optimization.

Participate in upgrade planning, patch management, and system migrations.

Ensure compliance with data governance, security policies, and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

12+ years of progressive experience in ERP technical development and support.

Strong hands-on expertise in at least one major ERP technology such as SAP, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Cloud ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or Workday.

Proven experience in ERP integration, customization, and extension using development tools (ABAP, PL / SQL, Java, .NET, Python, or relevant ERP languages).

Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, middleware, APIs, web services, and integration frameworks.

Experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar.

Demonstrated leadership experience guiding technical teams and managing solution delivery.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills

Experience with cloud-based ERP platforms and migration to cloud architecture.

Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI / CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated deployment tools.

Familiarity with ETL tools and enterprise integration solutions (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, SAP PI / PO, or similar).

Understanding of financial, supply chain, HR, or procurement ERP modules.

Project management experience and familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Relevant certifications (SAP Technical, Oracle Cloud Certified, PMP, Agile, or equivalent) are a plus.
