Job Description

About the Job : As a Medical Director, you will serve as a scientific expert and strategic partner, providing in-depth knowledge of assigned brands and therapeutic areas to inform brand communications. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, represent the medical perspective, and support client relationships, while staying up-to-date on the latest scientific research and industry trends to drive business growth.

A Day in the Life :

• Lead discussions with internal teams, clients, and HCPs to achieve strategic brand objectives.
• Develop medical backgrounders to educate teams on disease states, clinical trials, and competitive sets.
• Ensure accurate representation of medical aspects in content creation and client interactions.
• Establish rapport with client medical teams to facilitate discussions and ensure accuracy.
• Monitor relevant literature and provide insights to internal teams and clients.
• Contribute to business development through medical backgrounders, research, and pitch materials, while supporting team onboarding and client management.

Qualifications :

Salary Range : $110,000 - $135,000
