Physicians Mutual is looking to hire a Program Manager for the Project Delivery Team.

Responsibilities :

  • Determines and represents the strategic and non-strategic objectives within the enterprise.
  • Working with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements needed to deliver business value across the organization.
  • Creating project timelines and planning work into releases.
  • Monitor projects to ensure scope is maintained throughout the life cycle.
  • Continuous communication with business partners and technical stakeholders.
  • Excels at communication, presentation, and facilitation at all levels.
  • Work with vendors to manage acquisitions or implementations of software applications.

Requirements :

  • BS in Computer Science or relevant discipline and / or equivalent experience.
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in Information Technology or relevant industry.
  • 5 years of experience in project management, product management, or as a business analyst.
  • Experience communicating, facilitating, and coordinating across all levels of an enterprise.
  • Demonstrate the ability to launch & deliver multiple concurrent projects.

    • Preferred :

  • Scrum experience
  • Certifications (SAFe Certification, CSM, CBAP, CSPO, etc.)
  • Experience navigating Marketing projects and systems
