Role Overview

As a CNC & Casting Process Engineer, you'll identify significant cost-saving opportunities through modern technologies, recommending and implementing enhancements in production processes, methods, and controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft or redesign tooling, dies, and core boxes with a focus on efficiency and cost reduction.
• Handle Engineering Change Notices, aiding in enhancements to tooling for production and quality.
• Ensure adherence to company drafting and modeling standards to meet quality and cost objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering and management to source necessary suppliers and vendor support.
• Lead ISO audit processes and complete design projects, guiding team members and managing schedules and budgets.

Contribute to cross-functional teams, providing vital engineering information and technical support across manufacturing departments, and spearhead projects designed to propel quality and process improvements.

Drive and participate in kaizen events for continuous improvement, focusing on lean manufacturing, safety, and quality enhancements through standardized methods and techniques.

Focus on maximizing reliability and minimizing costs by resolving quality control issues, while documenting continuous improvement efforts.
