Document Processor
The document processor role we are looking for someone who is proficient with Outlook and can move pretty quickly. We currently receive about 1,200 emails per day and their role would be to identify the email, and upload it to the appropriate claim. They would work alongside a team of people so they would not be fully responsible for the total volume. This particular role does require someone who is a fast learner and someone who can work quickly as we have a 24-hour turnaround time for all incoming documents. The role will also require someone who can be flexible with their schedule and have availability to work a few hours over the weekend. We can work with them to set up a schedule with reduced hours during the week and a few hours over the weekend so that the total hours worked would still be full time. This candidate should also be located either Eastern or Central time. SCHEDULE : Their M-F schedule would start around 9 : 30 / 10AM EST. Most days they would work a full day, but on lighter volume days we would release them early knowing we would be having them complete the rest of their time over the weekend. Weekend expectations would be approximately 4 hours. We would provide them flexibility in choosing their start time, but would place parameters on around the day / time. Example : Would need to work a minimum of 4 hours between Saturday and Sunday anytime between 12pm-7pm. So if they wanted to work 12-2 both days they could, or if they wanted to work 3-7 on Sunday they could, etc. However they want to arrange it with the block of time we select would be fine. We are still working out exactly how we would like it to look, so someone with weekend flexibility would be the best fit.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
