Procurement Specialist

Fully remote opportunity. We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Specialist to join our team for 20 hours per week over a period of approximately four months. The primary focus will be on managing the order process for manufacturing materials. This role involves ensuring the timely delivery of critical materials and components through effective order management.

Responsibilities :

• Manage open purchase orders to guarantee the timely delivery of essential materials and components.
• Communicate regularly with suppliers to obtain updates on order status, resolve any delivery issues, and expedite shipments when necessary.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing, to prioritize orders based on project schedules.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the procurement tracking system.
• Identify and proactively address potential supply risks or bottlenecks.

Job Type & Location :

This is a contract position based out of Denver, Colorado.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
