Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, iPad and iPhone. Ability to communicate information efficiently and effectively. Must be willing to travel (New England area) Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to maintain satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record.
We are looking for experienced project Manager for a Commercial Company in Raynham MA. The Foreman directly manages the lead personnel / staff for each project they oversee.
Pay $70,000-$90,000 a year
Daily Responsibilities
- Communication with General Superintendent regarding job progress, specific needs regarding manpower and equipment.
- Contact with job site crews to ensure projects are on time and on budget.
- Maintains safe working environment by identifying workplace hazards and conducts daily tailgate safety meetings.
- Maintains daily record keeping including daily logs, schedules, and timecards.
- Provides timely and accurate documentation for reporting safety issues, equipment damage and workplace injuries.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Being able to assist with ongoing project and provide ongoing assistance throughout the project.
