Location : Brentwood, Los Angeles, CA

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 6 : 30 AM – 2 : 30 PM

Compensation : $30-$35 per hour (take home)

About the Role

A warm and welcoming family of four in Brentwood is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full-Time Housekeeper to join their household team. This role focuses on maintaining a meticulously clean and organized home through deep cleaning, scheduled maintenance cleaning, and additional household support. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a high level of professionalism and expertise in the proper care and upkeep of a fine home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deep Cleaning & Maintenance Cleaning Conduct thorough deep cleans of all areas on a set schedule, including the main residence (3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms) and guest house (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, cabana room). Perform daily maintenance cleaning to keep the home in pristine condition. Address high-touch and hard-to-reach areas, such as baseboards, vents, and light fixtures, as part of routine care. Ensure the home is clean and maintained to the highest standards. Laundry
  • Organization & Household Upkeep Organize storage spaces, closets, and household items for optimal functionality and appearance. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of outdoor furniture and cabana spaces.
  • Pet Care Walk and care for the family’s dog as needed.

Ideal Candidate

  • Has extensive experience in professional housekeeping, with a proven ability to deep clean and maintain homes at a high standard.
  • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and products.
  • Is a self-starter who can take initiative in managing cleaning schedules and identifying areas needing extra attention.
  • Is skilled in laundry and organization, ensuring a neat and polished environment.
  • Communicates effectively and works well in coordination with the current Housekeeper / Nanny.
  • Is comfortable working around children and pets.
