Job Summary :

The Westin Westminster is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. This overnight role combines guest service with financial auditing to ensure a seamless end-of-day process. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to late-night and early-morning guests while balancing the hotel’s daily financial transactions in accordance with Marriott and Columbia Sussex standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Front Desk Operations :

• Greet and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and room changes accurately using the Marriott property management system (MARSHA / LSPMS).
• Answer phones, respond to guest requests, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally—utilizing GXP to log all guest requests and follow up to ensure completion.
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Monitor property security and maintain a calm, welcoming atmosphere during overnight hours.
