ABF Home Health Services is looking for qualified individuals to fill internal and external Nursing positions. We are currently looking for :

Nursing Supervisor -Job duties include supervision of field staff, QA / chart review, coordination of services and physician / insurance collaboration. Must be familiar with Medicare and Medicaid regulations, the Conditions of Participation, OASIS , ICD 10 and possibly OBQI integration.

Home Health RN positions (all counties)-

Must possess ability to perform all aspects of nursing care including assessment instruction and education. Must be competent to perform wound care, medication prep and administration, TF, foley / SP care, trach care and infusion care (picc, mediport, cvc). Must possess active Michigan drivers license, Michigan nursing license, auto insurance, reliable transportation, TB (or chest xray) and cpr certification. At least 2 years experience preferred as well as prior experience with EMR and familiarity with OASIS. Full, Part time or per diem.
