Our client, a well-established developer and owner with an active portfolio across South Florida and the Caribbean, is seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead large scale renovation, and capital improvement projects across their portfolio.

This is a key leadership role within a stable, growth-oriented organization with a strong development pipeline.

The Role :

  • Oversee multiple full-scope hotel renovations and capital projects.
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with ownership, design teams, and contractors.
  • Drive quality, efficiency, and alignment with brand and guest experience goals.
  • Occasional travel to properties across South Florida and the Caribbean.

    • The Ideal Candidate :

  • Proven experience managing hospitality construction or redevelopment projects at a senior leadership level.
  • Strong understanding of operations, budgets, and capital planning.
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex renovations or repositioning projects.
  • Background in Construction Management for a GC or Developer
  • Based in Miami, FL.
