Mechanical Designer

Selectek is partnering with a firm in Atlanta, GA to hire a Mechanical Designer on a direct hire basis.

Candidates will create HVAC and Plumbing designs, including ductwork and isometric diagrams in Revit for commercial projects.

Expected Pay Range : $38-$50 / hour depending on experience and certification

Location : Atlanta, GA Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00a - 5 : 00p

Job Duties :

  • Revit Modeling / Design
  • Multidiscipline Project Management
  • Client Relations
  • Knowledgeable of various HVAC Systems Design
  • Contract Administration (Shop Drawings, RFI's, Site Visits / Reports)
  • Multitasking between various projects
  • Sustainable Design (LEED Accreditation a plus)
  • Energy Modeling experience a plus

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
  • 5 plus years of HVAC design / engineering experience for commercial projects
  • Revit Proficiency
  • EIT working toward PE or PE
