SUMMARY :

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

  • Process weekly payment of vendor invoices
  • Complete AP closing process.
  • Review, process, and upload medical supply invoices.
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations as required.
  • Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Review and post GL journal entries
  • Prepare, review, and distribute financial reports.
  • Obtain tax id number / W-9 from all vendors.
  • Any and all other duties as assigned.

    • Qualifications

  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office, Internet, and email skills
  • QuickBooks experience preferred
