The All of Us Research Program is a research program from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and part of the Precision Medicine Initiative. UC Irvine is an enrollment and retention partner for the All of Us Research Program.

Your Role on the Team

Uses professional development concepts in the completion of outreach activities for the UCI All of Us Research Program. Applies content knowledge to promote the research program. Performs program support duties such as identifying and meeting with participants and interested individuals, drafting and submitting program education assets / materials for approval, organizing webinars and outreach events, maintaining program database, etc.

Required :

  • Solid organizational, planning and time management skills.
  • Solid written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and cultivate potential partnerships with professional organizations.
  • Knowledge of health or social services and outreach practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, secure cooperation and facilitate partnerships.
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop reports.
  • Ability to develop and produce program flyers, brochures and presentations.
  • Ability to deliver educational presentations to diverse groups.
  • Ability to deal with confidential matters with tact and diplomacy.
  • Solid Knowledge of Microsoft Windows software.
  • Speak, read, and write in English and Spanish.
  • Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience
