Office Manager

Seeking a proactive and well-organized Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all administrative tasks, supporting the management team, and ensuring the smooth running of operations. As the primary contact for internal and external communication, you will play a vital role in maintaining office efficiency and organization.

Compensation :

$50,000 - $55,000 per year

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office in Peoria, IL, US, which includes managing phone calls, handling correspondence, and overseeing office supplies.
• Ensure that all records, such as contracts, invoices, and employee files, are well-organized and up-to-date.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the management team based in Peoria, IL, US.
• Assist with basic accounting duties like accounts payable / receivable, invoicing, and tracking expenses for the Peoria office.
• Manage petty cash effectively and reconcile bank statements in Peoria, IL, US.
• Work closely with the company's accountant to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance in Peoria, IL, US.
• Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for the team in Peoria, IL, US.
• Maintain employee records, handle payroll responsibilities, and manage employee benefits efficiently in Peoria, IL, US.
• Provide administrative support to project managers, including contract preparation, schedule management, and tracking project progress in Peoria, IL, US.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally in Peoria, IL, US.
