Job Title : Corporate Recruiter

Duration : 6 months with Possible of Conversion
Position Type : Hourly contract Position (W2 only)
Note :
- LOCATION : ONSITE in Sparks, NV (3-5 days / week) to support recruitment activities and build rapport with client groups. Recruiter will be onsite with a degree of remote flexibility
- Please communicate to your candidate that this is an onsite / hybrid role and will have onsite responsibilities
- Schedule to be onsite is not standard or set Recruiter will need to be onsite to support their portfolio's in-person interviews
- This is a full-time (40-hours / week) role core hours are 8am-5pm PST
- Initially 6-month assignment with strong option to extend to 18-months (based on performance)
- The manager really needs someone with corporate and manufacturing recruiting experience (Finance, Procurement, HR, Production and EHS)
Essential Duties :
Partner with business leaders and Hiring Managers to support operational and corporate hiring needsResponsible for full cycle recruiting from intake meeting with Hiring Managers through offer of employment and onboardingProvide support in writing job descriptions and resume screeningDevelop innovative recruiting strategies to identify exceptional candidates Facilitate all aspects of the interview process, including phone screening, interview scheduling, and candidate selectionParticipate in and plan networking, recruiting and hiring eventsMeet all goals related to key staffing metrics, to include recruitment strategy, time-to-fill, new hire effectiveness etc.Support company EEO / Diversity initiatives and accurately report and track required candidate data Develop and maintain networking relationships with community organizations, colleges and universities, alumni organizations, industry organizations, employees and colleagues to help identify and source qualified talentDevelop creative recruitment solutions and talent pipeline strategiesProvide and ensure great candidate and hiring manager experiencesEnsures that recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with all applicable local, state, and federal employment lawsProviding input on process improvement opportunitiesPerforms other related duties as requiredPreferred Qualifications :

Education :
Basic : High school diploma or GEDPreferred : Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experienceEssential Qualifications :
Minimum of 5 years of corporate level recruiting experience. Experience to include supervisory / management level recruiting for HR, IT, engineering, EHS, finance / accounting, etc.Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels (web / social / professional networks). Has built and maintains a broad network of professional relationshipsExcellent verbal and communication skillsStrong organization skills and diligence in having a self-starter mentality and a strong work ethicExperience with high volume technical or operational, exempt recruitingDemonstrated track record in attracting, sourcing and selecting top talentKnowledge of and comfort with Microsoft Office Suite software including Excel, Word, PowerPointMust have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English
