Construction Project Administrator / Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting a construction project management team to deliver challenging projects.Collect, manage, and prepare reports on all project documentation including contracts, budgets, schedules, and meeting minutes.Support construction projects from start to finish by delivering interesting and industry changing projects.Review material requests and prepare purchase orders and invoicesObtain quotes for miscellaneous POs and provide to the Project Manager for reviewWork with suppliers regarding scheduling and follow up on deliveriesReview AP holds and work with the Project Manager to clearIdentify and escalate frequent miscellaneous purchasing requests to managementMaintain and enter purchase requisitions and vendor information into the project planning databasePerform project management support tasks in support of the project management team, such as coordinating material transfers and decommitting materialKeep all stakeholders updated with timely, accurate communication, and compile required information and recordsConstruction Project Administrator / Coordinator Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Project Administrator with an Construction Company.Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Bluebeam.Ability to learn new processes and adapt to change.Must have strong organization skills and can multi-task.Strong interpersonal communication and work ethic.Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
