We are hiring Full-Time Residential Landscape Professional to maintain lawns and landscaping for dedicated routes in Raleigh, NC and the surrounding areas.

    • Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience and build positive relationships
  • Perform daily landscape maintenance services, including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, etc.
  • Identify landscape needs and recommend improvements
  • Generate new sales through upselling to existing customers and attracting new customers in the field

    • Qualifications

  • Passion for working in the landscape industry
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Clean driving record and valid drivers license
  • Ability to work well with customers and coworkers
  • Efficient and Detail Oriented
  • Pruning knowledge and experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of small engine maintenance is a plus

    • Applicants should not be impaired by recreational drugs, as the team works with dangerous equipment. We drug test before work starts and randomly after that. A thorough national background check will be performed, and applicants with a criminal history should disclose it during the phone interview.
