ASN Constructors is a joint venture of three international contractors (Acciona, Shikun & Binui and North American Construction Group) who will work with the Metro Flood Diversion Authority and other area stakeholders to build a historic project that will protect the citizens of the Fargo-Moorhead area from flood waters from the Red River. This Scheduling Technician is responsible to support planning / scheduling department in daily, weekly, and monthly tasks

required. Mainly focused on Microsoft tools and willing to learn project schedule technics in P6 software.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain excel sheets required for weekly schedule tasks in reporting and monitoring
• Create histograms in Excel from different data
• Create dashboards from different data in Excel and Power BI
• Develop and maintain weekly reports in Excel and Word format
• Acquire knowledge in Primavera software (planning)
• Communicate with different team members within Planning Team and other departments within the project organization to receive inputs required for schedule and reporting
• Capture in excel and word inputs from different team members within the project organization
• Develop presentations in Power Point
• Export / Import data from different software to / in Excel
• Maintain scheduling logs updated in weekly basis
• Generate regular progress reports
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to the project team
• Other related duties assigned
