We are seeking an Events Marketing Manager to lead and scale our national event strategy targeting real estate investors, lenders, brokers, and course members. Over the next 12 months, we aim to host 24+ high-impact events—from large conferences to intimate networking meetups—that generate leads, drive brand visibility, and unlock business opportunities across all our brands.
This role will own the full lifecycle of each event, from planning through execution to post-event follow-up, while collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Finance, Design, and Media. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, exceptional organizer, and experience-driven leader ready to deliver unforgettable events that fuel our mission.
Key Responsibilities :
Event Strategy & Planning
- Design, plan, and execute 24+ in-person events annually, including conferences, workshops, and networking meetups
- Develop event strategies that align with company growth goals and target priority audiences
- Build a playbook to ensure a consistent, world-class in-person experience
Execution & Logistics
Oversee all logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor management, run-of-show, and attendee coordinationCollaborate with Design and Media teams to create memorable branded environmentsEnsure seamless onsite operations and post-event debriefs for continuous improvementCross-Functional Collaboration
Work with Finance to develop and manage event budgetsPartner with Lifecycle Marketing and Paid Media teams to execute multi-channel campaignsCollaborate with Sales to align event strategy with lead generation and deal flow goalsGrowth & Partnerships
Identify and secure strategic partners, sponsors, and speakers to elevate event valueTrack and report event KPIs, including attendance, engagement, leads, ROI, and post-event conversionQualifications :
3+ years of experience in events marketing, event management, or experiential marketingProven ability to plan and execute both large-scale and boutique-style eventsStrong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication skills with a track record of cross-functional collaborationComfortable traveling up to 30% to support in-person event executionPreferred Qualifications :

Salary Range Starting (based on experience) : $65,000Bonus : 10% (Target)Healthcare : Offered with generous contribution
