Operator III
In this hands-on role, the Manufacturing Operator will identify, prioritize, and simultaneously accomplish multiple tasks using time management. You will perform tasks and motions ranging from basic in nature to complex. Repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and / or mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies such as modules, boards and panels. You will follow process flows, work instructions, standardized techniques, and sequence of operations in assembling parts, component installation, hand soldering, and sub-assemblies and units.
Maintain and promote a safe working environment by adhering to all safety requirements
Responsible for working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to elements such as; odor, noise, dust, heat, cold, chemicals and other elements
Responsible for adhering to strict safety and environmental guidelines to include wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Ability to perform detailed tasks and follow standard work instructions
Use computers to perform tests, download information or record test data
Use hand tools, machine tools and various types of equipment to assemble and test products
Ability to work and communicate with others in a professional and effective manner, within a team-oriented environment.
High School Diploma or Equivalent Years of Work Experience
Ability to use hand tools, soldering iron, other industrial tools
Able to follow instructions and production schedules
Adaptable and able to act quickly when problems arise
Attention to detail
Good coordination, motor skills and dexterity
Ability to stand for upwards of 12 hours a day; as well as lift, carry, move packages and materials up-to-50 lbs on a regular basis; with or without special accommodations, is required
