We are looking for a meticulous and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Costa Mesa, California. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of operational processes while maintaining high standards of compliance and record-keeping. This position is ideal for someone with exceptional attention to detail and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities :

• Review and screen company submissions to confirm they meet established requirements.
• Manage and process necessary paperwork, including confidentiality and legal usage agreements.
• Coordinate with compliance and legal teams to ensure all documentation is properly approved.
• Set up user accounts once documentation is verified and requirements are met.
• Organize and track the progress of requests using Airtable, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Communicate with relevant teams to address any issues or delays in the approval process.
• Ensure data integrity by maintaining accurate records and updating systems as required.
• Send and follow up on required forms using Salesforce to streamline the documentation process.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a data entry or administrative role.
• Proficient in handling numeric and text-based data entry tasks.
• Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Airtable or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
• Reliability and consistency in meeting deadlines and maintaining productivity.
