Technical Producer, Sales Team (Hybrid)

Stagedge is seeking an experienced Technical Producer to join the Sales team.

The Technical Producer will provide technical expertise and guidance to the sales team. clients and prospects on production capabilities and help Effectively discuss production capabilities to sell technical solutions by supporting sales on discovery calls, client calls and site visits.

• Participate in Discovery calls, understand client needs, collaborate with Sales on strategy and design of innovative solutions for client requests.
• Will advise on equipment and workflow optimization, collaborate with creative teams to ensure technical feasibility.
• Provide project estimates for sales quoting process.
• Develop floor plans, work with creative, scenic, and lighting designers on event design and coordination of renderings to support a pitch.
• Will participate in site visits, gathering and documenting information; requirements to be handed off to assigned technical project lead.
• Once job is awarded assist as needed to build out the full job for operational purposes or translate to the TD to review / build out based on scope and requirements.
• Travel is required.

An ideal candidate will have a Technical Director / Producer background with a strong understanding of production services and technologies. The candidate must have the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Must be a strong communicator, with a strong attention to detail, the ability to clearly write / document technical requirements for project scope. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders including sales, clients and internal project teams. Experience with various platforms including HubSpot, IntelliEvent, project management tools, i.e., Monday.com are necessary.
