Job Description :

• Perform hands on software engineering and development activities on the company’s phone products that allows customers to make and receive calls. This also includes working with phones hardware, third party systems, and other products.
• Build, implement, and scale internal tooling and software infrastructure.
• Engineer and test software code at all stages of the development lifecycle.
• Use OpenAI and  AI  productivity tools to enhance efficiency with software development.
• Develop and implement a modern phone system that fits the needs for small- to medium-sized businesses.
• Create tools that customers and internal employees can use to better facilitate onboarding products.
• Provide code reviews for others on the team.
• Triage and resolve bugs reported by our support team.
• Assist in establishing coding standards.
• Design back-end and full-stack infrastructure.
• Develop algorithms,  data  structures, and code to enhance product user experience.
• Present demos to the leadership and within engineering department to share the knowledge and show technical progress on feature development.
• Telecommuting permitted. Reports to headquarters in Lehi, Utah.

Minimum Qualifications :

Requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related.

Requires 3 years of related experience, which must include some experience in each of the following skills :

Work Location :                 1650 W. Digital Drive, Lehi, UT 84043, telecommuting permitted. Reports to headquarters in Lehi, Utah.

Hours of work :                 Usually 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday
