Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Controller to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $, to $, per year.

Job Responsibilities :

Oversee all accounting operations, including budgeting, cost accounting, and financial reporting.

Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and maintain strong internal controls.

Partner with executive leadership to support strategic planning and financial decision-making.

Lead initiatives to improve accounting processes and operational efficiency.

Supervise and mentor accounting staff to maintain high performance and accuracy.

Requirements :

Minimum of 7+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of financial regulations, internal controls, and reporting standards.

Proficiency in ERP systems and financial data analysis tools.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications :

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is preferred.

Experience in the aerospace industry is a strong advantage.

Advanced knowledge of financial systems and reporting tools.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.

Capable of working collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership.
