About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst II / Integrations Solution Analyst to join a high-visibility team responsible for enhancing integration capabilities across business and technology teams. Reporting to the Integrations Leader, you will work cross-functionally to design and deliver robust integration solutions, ensuring seamless data exchange between SaaS platforms and internal systems. Your role will be pivotal in building a connected digital ecosystem that supports enhanced decision-making and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze current and future business needs to design and deliver technical integration solutions.

Collaborate with product owners, scrum masters, and development teams within a Scaled Agile environment to ensure clear sprint goals and well-groomed backlogs.

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Draft and maintain technical documentation including data flow diagrams, system specifications, and API source-to-target mappings.

Design and map API data schemas to support integration with enrollment administration systems and third-party vendors.

Partner with QA teams to develop validation test plans ensuring alignment with business and functional requirements.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.

Provide metrics and status updates during Agile leadership and solution design meetings to ensure transparency and alignment.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in technical analysis, requirements development, and API integration delivery using Mulesoft or similar platforms.

Strong background in the insurance or financial services industry, specifically in designing and building integration solutions.

Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and incomplete information.

Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills with an execution-focused mindset.

Experience working within Scaled Agile teams and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications :

3+ years of experience conducting technical analysis in the Group Benefits industry.

Knowledge of EIS administration systems, microservices environments, Mulesoft, and Control-M.

Familiarity with API security protocols and systems such as OKTA and OAuth 2.0.
