ICR Finance Intern - Summer 2026

About the Role :

Inspire Brands is looking for an ICR Finance Intern with a primary focus on Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to support key financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience in financial modeling and performance evaluation, working with our Finance team to drive accurate financial planning and support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

• Budgeting and Forecasting : Assist in preparing and updating budgets and forecasts by gathering financial data, conducting variance analysis, and helping to refine financial projections.
• P&L Analysis : Analyze and review Profit & Loss statements to provide insights on performance trends, identifying potential areas for cost savings and revenue optimization.
• Financial Modeling : Support the creation and maintenance of financial models to evaluate business scenarios and assist in long-term strategic planning.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with finance, accounting, and other business teams to collect relevant data, support financial planning activities, and communicate insights.

Education Qualifications :

Preferred : Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. This role is ideal for a rising senior that has completed business courses

Ideal Candidate : The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in financial planning and analysis, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel is essential, and familiarity with financial modeling and accounting principles is preferred. Strong communication skills and an ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams are also important.
