Critical Care Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP)

StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : 12 Pay Rate : $106.70 - $115.50

This facility is seeking a Critical Care Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule : 6 : 30p-6 : 30a. Each month - 3 weeks with 3 12-hour shifts and 1 week with 4 12-hour shifts.
• Practice Setting : Outpatient Medical Center
• Types of Cases and Required Procedures : Chest Tube, Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO), Left Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD)
• Credentialing Timeframe : 30-90 Days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : SCM
• Certifications Required : Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Licensure Required : Active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and New York State License
