Shift Manager
REPORTS TO (Title) : Assistant General Manager DEPARTMENT : Restaurant Operations
STATUS CLASSIFICATION : Non-Exempt JOB CODE :
SUPERVISES : No formal supervisory responsibilities
JOB PURPOSE : The Shift Manager provides additional support to the Restaurant Management Team and allows for
additional coverage during peak periods, or in the absence of a Manager. This position will assist with management
duties (including opening and closing the restaurant) and can also flex to work other hourly restaurant positions. While
clocked in as a Shift Manager, the overall focus is general restaurant day to day operations.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS :
The physical demands for this position are sits, stands, bends, and moves intermittently during working hours. Must
also have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
