Position Summary

The Data Entry Clerk will play an essential role in maintaining accurate and organized records across our client management and administrative systems. This position requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality, as you will handle sensitive client and organizational information. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of working efficiently both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately input, update, and maintain client and administrative data in electronic systems.

Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy.

Perform regular data audits to ensure consistency and compliance with organizational standards.

Manage digital and paper filing systems in accordance with confidentiality policies (HIPAA compliance).

Assist in preparing reports and summaries as requested by management.

Communicate with staff and external partners to clarify or obtain missing information.

Support administrative team members with data-related projects and clerical tasks.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.

Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software.

Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
