Operations Supervisor

Operations Supervisor (Day Shift Or Night Shifts)

Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day production and ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards

Lead and develop team members, including training and performance oversight

Monitor and maintain inventory levels to support efficient workflows

Oversee operation and basic maintenance of UV, digital, and flexographic press machines

Coordinate with other departments to align operations with business goals

Promote workplace safety and compliance with regulations

Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, or related field preferred

Experience in manufacturing / packaging with press or printing equipment required

Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing teams

Skilled in machine operations, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization - plus if experience doing maintenance on machines

Familiarity with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and production tracking tools

Lean or Six Sigma knowledge is a plus
