This is an excellent opportunity for a finance and / or data analytics professional to partner and help drive overall results with the Finance group supporting our Commercial team. The Finance team is responsible for partnering with Hertz leaders on financial related aspects of the business. In this fast-paced team, the Financial Analyst position will lead variance analysis, monthly actuals reporting, budgeting and forecasting, project review and audit, along with ad hoc analysis and reconciliations. Actuals reporting and budgeting is reviewed with senior leadership to provide guidance on opportunities, risks, and support key business decisions.

This role is located in Atlanta and is full time in office.

What You'll Do :

• This position will perform a key role in providing financial business analysis, decision support and thought leadership
• This includes developing financial forecasts and analysis, generating internal management reports, monitoring key performance indicators and driving the scaling and automation of financial processes
• Support monthly reporting, forecasting and budgeting processes for short term and long-term business planning
• Provide timely and accurate analysis of US Business Performance : Revenue, operating expense and EBITDA impact, understanding of variances to prior forecast, annual operating plan and prior year performance
• Ad-hoc analysis support for senior management
