Community Marketing Manager

The Community Marketing Manager will lead ASUS and ROG's community engagement strategy in North America, focusing on building meaningful relationships with end users and driving measurable brand advocacy. This role owns ROG Elite Rewards and ASUS Membership, and community channels including Reddit and forums, while supporting marketing operations in collaboration with the Social Media Marketing Lead on content strategy, campaign execution, and event activations.

The ideal candidate combines strategic insight, operational excellence, and strong community instincts to turn engagement into brand growth and loyalty. This is an individual contributor role requiring cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external agency partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Lead ASUS and ROG's community engagement strategy across North America to strengthen end-user relationships and brand advocacy.
• Own and manage ROG Elite Rewards and ASUS Membership programs to drive engagement, retention, and loyalty.
• Oversee Reddit and forum engagement : monitor trends, identify key discussions, and coordinate responses with global and local teams.
• Develop community-driven initiatives that reflect ASUS and ROG's brand voice and resonate with gaming and tech audiences.
• Build and maintain authentic relationships with end users, influencers, and brand advocates.

Working Conditions :

$90,000 - $120,000 annually is the estimated pay range for this role working in Fremont, California office. The final amount will be determined based on qualifications & experience of the candidate relative to the role.
