Position Overview

Oversee a portfolio of Commercial Lines clients with a focus on responsiveness, accuracy, and results.

Lead renewal strategy meetings and negotiate carrier terms for optimal coverage and pricing.

Identify opportunities for growth—cross-sell, upsell, and strengthen retention through insight and follow-through.

Support process improvement, compliance, and best-practice initiatives across the department.

Collaborate with producers, CSRs, and leadership to deliver seamless client experiences.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Lines account management.

Current Property & Casualty license.

Proficiency in Applied Epic (preferred) or AMS360 .

Excellent communication, organization, and client-relations skills.

Strong understanding of commercial coverages (GL, Property, Auto, WC, Umbrella).

Salary & Benefits

Competitive base : $50,000–$70,000
