Our fast-growing client in the beauty industry is seeking a FULL-TIME eCommerce Specialist to join their team! This role is onsite at the client's office in Addison four days a week with the ability to work remotely on Fridays.

The eCommerce Specialist is a key role in driving their online platforms! This role involves a mix of site management, merchandising, performance monitoring, and technical troubleshooting across Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. The eCommerce Specialist blends site management, merchandising, marketplace oversight, performance monitoring, and technical troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering a best-in-class shopping experience while driving meaningful revenue growth.

ECommerce Specialist Responsibilities

• Store Management : Oversee daily operations and optimize Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop stores.
• Product Management : Maintain and update online product catalogs and descriptions, ensuring accuracy and optimizing for conversions.
• SEO & Optimization : Implement SEO best practices and optimize content for organic traffic.
• Inventory & Forecasting : Monitor inventory levels and collaborate on reorder strategies.
• Tech Management : Manage integrations and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Enhance site speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience.
• Marketing Support : Update assets with seasonal promotions and build landing pages for new launches.
• Performance Tracking : Track and report on KPIs, analyze data, and produce performance reports.
• Compliance : Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain system security.
• Checkout Optimization : Streamline checkout processes and troubleshoot issues.

ECommerce Specialist Requirements

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and / or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
