What You'll Do

As the face of The Owl Bar, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have a smooth and enjoyable experience from the moment they walk in. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Greeting guests with a warm smile and friendly demeanor.
  • Managing reservations and seating arrangements to keep the flow of the bar running smoothly.
  • Communicating wait times and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
  • Collaborating with the team to maintain a welcoming and organized environment.
  • Assisting with any additional tasks to ensure top-notch service.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need :

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (hostess, front-of-house, or customer-facing position).
  • A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • A passion for hospitality and making guests feel at home.
