ROLE DESCRIPTION :

Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative – Where Caring Meets Professionalism (and a Little Bit of Fun)!

At Shawn Benge State Farm, we take caring for our clients seriously… but we also know a good laugh makes everything better! We’re on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative who can combine genuine care, doing the right thing, and professionalism — with just the right sprinkle of humor.

What You'll Do :

  • Provide warm, knowledgeable support to our clients (think : insurance superhero, minus the cape)
  • Listen carefully — because no one likes being put on hold forever.
  • Always do the right thing, even when nobody’s watching (yes, even before coffee)
  • Work with our team to keep things running smoother than a well-oiled calculator
