Salary : $150-175k base

Based in the Fort Lauderdale area for decades, we are a full-service CPA firm with a stellar reputation and solid client base! Join our expanding leadership team as a Senior Tax Manager, with a clear 24-36 month path to Tax Director. Lead complex tax engagements, manage a defined client portfolio, oversee staff, and play a key role in firm growth. Enjoy a flexible hybrid or remote schedule, strong admin support, and a culture that values work-life balance, professional development, and autonomy.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns.
- Manage, grow, and provide strategic oversight to a portfolio of 200-300 clients.
- Conduct technical tax research and provide recommendations.
- Review QuickBooks financials; oversee multiple engagements to ensure accurate, timely delivery.
- Respond to IRS / state correspondence and supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff.
- Stay up-to-date on current tax laws and participate in compilation / review engagements.
