Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join our finance team and support both day-to-day accounting operations and strategic initiatives. This role combines technical accounting expertise with the opportunity to leverage cutting-edge automation tools. As the Accountant, you will own critical aspects of the month-end close, reporting, and compliance, while driving innovation in how accounting work gets done. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams and help mentor junior staff, ensuring our finance operations are scalable and future-ready.

Key Responsibilities :

• Accounting & Reporting
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
• Process Improvement & Automation
• Implement automation solutions to reduce manual work.
• Identify and execute efficiency improvements across accounting workflows.
• Compliance & Controls
• Support audits, tax filings, and regulatory requirements.
• Strengthen internal controls and risk management practices.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with FP&A, sales, and operations to provide financial insights.
• Advise business leaders on accounting and compliance implications.
