REQUIREMENTS

• Master's degree in a clinical discipline and 1 year of relevant experience OR Bachelors Degree with 3 years of relevant experience required.
• Act 33 / 34 / 73 Clearances
• Valid Driver's license
• Ability to drive an organization vehicle
• Pre-employment drug screening
• Serve Safe Certification obtained after hire.

WORK SCHEDULE This is a Non-Exempt (Hourly) position

20 hour workweek

ABOUT THE ROLE : Our Behavioral Therapists provide direct therapeutic services (individual and group therapy; treatment planning) for mentally ill adults including assisting our persons served with activities of daily living, safety checks, unit monitoring, crisis de-escalation, and shift documentation.
