As a youth advocate you will play a crucial role in supporting and empowering young individuals as they navigate their way through various challenges, providing guidance, resources, and mentorship to ensure they reach their full potential by creating a safe and inclusive environment where young people can thrive and flourish.

Status : Part-Time Hourly

FLSA Classification : Non-Exempt

Summary of the Position :  Hourly, Part Time position serving youth and families throughout Erie County are available.

• Applicant must be dependable, committed, and able to serve as a positive role model for youth in the community, school and home settings.
• The Primary responsibilities of the Advocate are to initiate, organize, plan, develop and implement direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families.
• Coordinate with families, schools, and services to ensure care
• Conduct outreach and community engagement to build support networks
• All service plans will be based on a strength-based approach using the wrap around model.

This position offers flexible hours, competitive weekly pay and activity reimbursement.

Hourly Pay Rate $ 18.00

Availability : This is a part time position and hours may vary and may include evenings and weekends.
