What Youll Do

Greet customers and create detailed Repair Orders for service and maintenance work

Dispatch jobs to Express Maintenance Technicians and monitor repair progress

Present maintenance recommendations and repair estimates to customers

Provide regular updates on service status and assist with payment processing

Schedule appointments answer customer inquiries and support other service staff as needed

Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service efficiency

What Were Looking For

Strong customer service and communication skills

Basic automotive knowledge and administrative accuracy

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Prior dealership or service advisor experience preferred

Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings
